Beautiful job, Kim. You should be proud. Laura Phipps
Good day, Kim I read your post in the ClumberSpaniel list and had to take a look. Great work on the site and even better work with the Clumbers that you've rescued. Your writeups on individual Clumbers is wonderful and tells not only of the dog, but of your commitment to their rescue. Keep up the good. I've done rescue and fostering with Springers and know the work that it takes and the attachments that happen along the way. Dave Brown Green Bay, WI

Hi Kim, Just a quick note telling you that Buddie the Dutch CS rescue ones more is rescued! The vet advised immediate out of home placement or to be put to sleep. After 3 rounds of appointments with the vet to put Buddie to sleep (after attacking my husband by jumping up and going for his throat) a small sanctuary called me and they told me they had discussed it among the workers and they were willing to take him in if I signed ownership over to them, bring his basket and additional toys, diet food etc. If they were not able to replace him within 7 months or so Buddie was to be the dog for the owner and allowed to play with the group but going home with the owner. The day before Christmas I received a phonecall from the sanctuary that a family allready having had CS and still had 3 CS in the home were taking Buddie to their home in Germany! They know what his history was for I wrote a 6 page letter stating all that has happened and that we loved him so much and that we were sad to let him go. So thank you for your support during these horrible months and please say thank you to the CSrescue group on Yahoo! Caatje aka Carin
Kim - you have a wonderful website, but more importantly you are such an inspiration to people that rescue. There is definitely a place for you in heaven and I hope someday I can ride on your wings! Lisa Joens
Hi Kim, I've found this site and read the stories of that wonderful clumbers who found a new and better life thanks to you. Our own Clumber Zita lives with us here in Germany for 8 years now and every day is full of the love a clumber can give. She came from a Belgian breeder who loved his dogs very, very much and our little princess had never to endure the horrors I read in the stories of your rescued dogs. It breaks my heart to read about it. A Clumber is a very special dog with great dignity, so much love and highly intelligent. You're doing a great job and I hope you can rescue many more of those angels. It makes me sad that there is a whole ocean between us and we will never have the chance to help you with more than this words of gratefullness and admiration for you and your family. g Petra and Günter Schulz from Germany.
To Kim and C.I.N...Oh my goodness, what do you say about such an incredible web site? Your writing is eloquent and touching and I have cried many tears reading your stories about your beloved rescues. My Oliver is a rescued cocker with clumber in his not too distant lineage. Many have asked me if he is "part clumber" or a "clumber puppy". God bless you and your family for the tremendous work that you do! P.S. Your stories would make a wonderful book...perhaps in your spare time... Pat and "Oliver" Royer, Atlanta, GA
